Initial Consultation is up to 1.5 hours.

Full Day session is 8 hours including 1 hour lunch break. Half A Day session is 4 hours. Extra time - £500 per hour.

Online personal style consultancy, including online shopping, is offered at 1/2 of the above standard rates.

All Payments are required to be processed at least 48 hours prior to the service start date.

Cancellations are accepted at least 48 hours prior to the service start with a full refund. If canceled within 48 hours, 50% refund policy applies.

Expenses related to the service are not included in the above rates and to be covered by the Client at least 24 hours prior the service start.  Potential expenses include travel, lunch, accommodation, flights.

We use a network of trusted professionals for the Image Makeover service, such as hair and make up artists, who we trained for VIP services.

Our services may be discreet upon a request. We understand our Clients are high profile personalities and respect their privacy. For this reason we only run strictly professional social media public accounts. We will not mention you on our website and in any print or online content as well as to any professional or personal contacts of ours, unless you grant us a permission to do so.
